The Plant Extinction group shared choices that people
make which lead to extinction of plants. Some such choices are due to commercial
purposes, incidental, etc. leading to pollution, loss of habitat, more of carbon
dioxide, etc. I could connect this to plant conservation as the effects of
plant extinction are the reason for which we need to start conserving plants.
Today we also thought of ways to assess our
friends’ understanding on plant conservation and learnt the pointers to be kept
in mind while making one that is to assess on the concept/understanding. We have designed a formative using open-ended
strategy and selected response strategy.
